- 1 (8 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
