- 6 small corn tortillas (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup cooked ham (diced)
- 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 5 large eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup salsa or ranchero sauce
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
