Ingredients

  • 6–8 ice cream sandwiches (any flavour)
  • 1 cup whipped topping or frosting
  • 2 cups chocolate or candy melts (white, dark, or milk chocolate)
  • Sprinkles, nuts, or coconut for garnish (optional)
  • Lollipop sticks or skewers

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mixture:
Cut ice cream sandwiches into pieces. Place in a large bowl and mix with whipped topping or frosting until well combined.
  • Shape the Pops:
Scoop mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  • Dip and Decorate:
Melt chocolate or candy melts. Dip each frozen ball into melted chocolate, coating completely. Add sprinkles or nuts before the coating sets.
  • Freeze and Serve:
Place dipped pops back on the baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Work quickly when shaping to prevent melting.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
