Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots of espresso (about 2 oz)
  • 1 cup cold water (8 oz)
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill a glass)

Optional Add-ins:

  • Sweetener (sugar, honey, or syrup)
  • Flavored syrups (vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut)

Instructions
 

Brew the Espresso:

  • Prepare 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine, stovetop Moka pot, or AeroPress.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Add Cold Water:

  • Pour the cold water over the ice, filling about three-quarters of the glass.

Combine Espresso:

  • Pour the freshly brewed espresso shots over the ice and water mixture.

Mix and Serve:

  • Stir gently to combine. Add sweeteners or flavored syrups if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an even bolder flavor, reduce the amount of water or use fewer ice cubes to concentrate the espresso taste.
