- 2 cups plain full-fat yogurt
- ½–¾ cup chilled water or milk
- 3–4 tablespoons sugar, adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon rose water, optional
- 5–6 saffron threads, optional
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds
- Ice cubes, optional
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup chilled water
- ¼ teaspoon black salt
- Regular salt, to taste
Whisk until completely smooth and creamy.
Add chilled water or milk gradually.
Add sugar and ground cardamom.
Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
For saffron lassi, soak the saffron threads in a tablespoon of warm milk for several minutes before adding them to the drink.
Add a few ice cubes if desired and blend briefly.
