These Instant Pot Meatballs are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Ready in minutes, they make the perfect addition to pasta, subs, or as a tasty appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • v cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup water or beef broth

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  • Pour marinara sauce and water (or broth) into the Instant Pot.
  • Place the meatballs in the sauce, ensuring they are submerged.
  • Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to “Pressure Cook” on high for 8 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the meatballs and serve with pasta, in a sub, or as an appetizer.

Notes

  • Use a mix of beef and pork for extra flavor and tenderness.
  • Don’t overcrowd the Instant Pot to ensure even cooking.
  • If you prefer firmer meatballs, add an extra tablespoon of breadcrumbs.
