Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 2 jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro or basil (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Glaze: In the same skillet, add garlic, peaches, jalapeños, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until peaches soften and caramelize.
  • Combine & Cook: Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh cilantro or basil and enjoy with rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • Adjust the number of jalapeños based on spice preference.
