Jalapeño Peach Pork Bites are a delicious combination of juicy pork, caramelized peaches, and spicy jalapeños. Perfect as an appetizer or snack, these bites deliver a perfect balance of sweet and heat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 ripe peaches (diced)
  • 2 jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro or basil (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Season the Pork: Season pork bites with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Sear the Pork: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork pieces until golden brown on all sides.
  • Prepare the Glaze: In the same skillet, add garlic, peaches, jalapeños, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until peaches soften and caramelize.
  • Combine & Cook: Return the pork to the skillet and toss in the glaze. Cook for another 5 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
  • Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh cilantro or basil and enjoy as an appetizer or with rice.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add a bit more honey.
  • Adjust the number of jalapeños based on spice preference.
