- 1 lb pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 ripe peaches (diced)
- 2 jalapeños (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or basil (for garnish)
Season the Pork: Season pork bites with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Sear the Pork: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork pieces until golden brown on all sides.
Prepare the Glaze: In the same skillet, add garlic, peaches, jalapeños, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until peaches soften and caramelize.
Combine & Cook: Return the pork to the skillet and toss in the glaze. Cook for another 5 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
Serve Hot: Garnish with fresh cilantro or basil and enjoy as an appetizer or with rice.
