- 1 package mini phyllo shells or wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, and paprika.
Fill each phyllo shell or wonton wrapper with the mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with ranch or chipotle dipping sauce.
