Ingredients
  

  • 1 package mini phyllo shells or wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Fill each phyllo shell or wonton wrapper with the mixture.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with ranch or chipotle dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use pickled jalapeños for tangier flavour.
  • Adjust spice by leaving seeds in for more heat.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
  • Substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • Garnish with fresh chives for color.
