Ingredients
Basic Jell-O Ice Pops
- 1 (3-ounce) package flavored gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Optional Add-Ins
- Fresh strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
- Sliced peaches or kiwi
- Fruit juice instead of cold water
- Vanilla yogurt for creamy swirls
- Mini fruit pieces
Instructions
- Bring one cup of water to a boil.
- Pour the boiling water into a bowl and stir in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water (or fruit juice) and stir well.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 20 minutes.
- If desired, place small pieces of fresh fruit into the ice pop molds.
- Carefully pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks according to the mold instructions.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
- To remove the pops, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing frozen treat.
