Ingredients
  

Basic Jell-O Ice Pops

  • 1 (3-ounce) package flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

Optional Add-Ins

  • Fresh strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • Sliced peaches or kiwi
  • Fruit juice instead of cold water
  • Vanilla yogurt for creamy swirls
  • Mini fruit pieces

Instructions
 

  • Bring one cup of water to a boil.
  • Pour the boiling water into a bowl and stir in the gelatin powder until completely dissolved.
  • Add the cold water (or fruit juice) and stir well.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for about 20 minutes.
  • If desired, place small pieces of fresh fruit into the ice pop molds.
  • Carefully pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the molds.
  • Insert popsicle sticks according to the mold instructions.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  • To remove the pops, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing frozen treat.
