- 1 lb fresh salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey (optional for balance)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Marinate: In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Coat the salmon pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Salmon:Pan-Searing Method: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.Air-Fryer Method: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook salmon bites for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through.Grilling Method: Skewer the salmon bites and grill for about 3 minutes per side until charred and fully cooked. Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with rice, salad, or a creamy dipping sauce.
