Ingredients
  

  • 500 gram minced meat (chicken, beef, or lamb)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 -inch ginger (grated)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice1 egg (for binding)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  • Season the mixture: Add salt, black pepper, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Shape the cutlets: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into oval or round patties.
  • Coat the cutlets: Beat an egg in a separate bowl. Dip each cutlet into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Cook the cutlets:
    Deep-frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on medium heat until golden brown and crispy (about 4-5 minutes per side).
    Shallow-frying: Use less oil and cook on a non-stick pan, flipping occasionally, for 6-8 minutes per side.
    Baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve hot: Enjoy with mint chutney, ketchup, or yogurt dip.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, double coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Use freshly minced meat for the best texture and flavor.
