  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gently remove king crab meat from the shells, keeping pieces as intact as possible.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss crab meat lightly with the mixture to coat without breaking it.
  • For warm appetizers, spoon crab onto toast rounds, top with cheese, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately or chilled, depending on preparation.
