- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana (for natural sweetness)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice or almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 5-6 ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Blend Everything:
In a blender, combine kiwis, banana, yogurt, orange juice (or almond milk), honey (if using), and ice cubes.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid to reach the desired consistency.
- You can add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and nutrients.
