Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana (for natural sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Peel and chop the kiwis and banana.

Blend Everything:

  • In a blender, combine kiwis, banana, yogurt, orange juice (or almond milk), honey (if using), and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Serve & Enjoy:

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid to reach the desired consistency.
  • You can add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and nutrients.
