- 3/4 cup milk (or water for fewer calories)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil (optional, for richer waffles)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
- Cooking spray or additional butter for waffle iron
Mix the Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Kodiak Cakes mix, milk, egg, melted butter (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined; the batter will be slightly thick.
- Adjust the liquid amount for thicker or thinner waffles: 3/4 cup for standard, less for thicker, or more for thinner.
