A spicy and flavorful Pakistani-style omelette loaded with herbs, vegetables, and traditional spices, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- 3 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them until fluffy.
Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
Flip the omelette carefully and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with paratha or toasted bread.
