  • 2 cups mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add butter and let it melt completely.

  • Stir and continue cooking until mushrooms release moisture and begin to brown.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add soy sauce (optional) and toss well.
  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
