For the Cheeseburger Meat Mixture
- 1 pound (450 g) ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Skewers
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into oval meatballs.
Thread beef portions onto skewers, alternating with onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes until beef is fully cooked.
Place cheddar squares over each beef portion during the last 1–2 minutes and close the grill lid until melted.
