Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice evenly over each fillet.
  • Add lemon zest on top for extra aroma and freshness.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
