- 2 lobster tails, split lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt, to taste

- 2 tablespoons white wine or lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Place lobster tails on a baking tray, shell side down.
Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
