Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails, split lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Place lobster tails on a baking tray, shell side down.
  • Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon the butter mixture generously over lobster meat.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until lobster is opaque and tender.
  • Drizzle with wine or lemon juice before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
