Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a pot, then add flour to form a roux.
  • Whisk in milk and cream until thick and smooth.
  • Add cheddar and Gruyère cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the lobster and pasta, mixing gently.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
