- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a pot, then add flour to form a roux.
