Instructions
 

  • Thaw lobster tails completely if frozen and rinse under cold water.
  • Pour beer into a large pot fitted with a steaming basket.
  • Bring the beer to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Place lobster tails shell-side down in the steamer basket.
  • Cover and steam for 8–10 minutes, until the shells turn bright red and meat is opaque.
  • Remove carefully and serve with butter and lemon wedges.
