  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips if using.Avoid overmixing to prevent the sprinkles from bleeding color.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.Bake for 22–25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.Drizzle over the cooled bars.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
