Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the salmon: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them sit for 15–20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil.
  • Bake: Place salmon in the baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Bake for 15–20 minutes, basting halfway through until the glaze thickens.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
