- 3 cloves garlic, minced

For the Sandwich
- 4 soft hoagie or sandwich rolls
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 8 slices provolone cheese or another melting cheese
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Marinate the Beef
