- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- tsp black pepper
- tsp red chili flakes
- tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- cup chicken broth
- cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 250 gram pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, stirring for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the sauce to a gentle simmer.
Stir in parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce thickens.
Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan.
Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
