- 500 g (1 lb) boneless chicken breast or thighs, diced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
