Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix the Ingredients:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, white vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend Until Smooth:
Whisk the mixture until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the sauce is smooth.
  • Taste and Adjust:
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed (add more lemon juice for tanginess or sugar for sweetness).
  • Chill:
For best results, refrigerate the sauce for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve:
Use as a spread for breakfast sandwiches, wraps, or as a dipping sauce for hash browns and fries.

Notes

  • Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Adjust the mustard-to-mayonnaise ratio to suit your personal taste.
