Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken thighs or mixed meats (chicken, sausage, beef strips)
  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Add the meat and chopped vegetables to the pan.
