- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Season the Fish
Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each branzino.Season the fish with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.Rub the seasonings gently into the skin and cavity.
