- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper

- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
