Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (Memphis-style preferred)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1–2 jalapeños (sliced, optional)
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread tots on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden (20–25 minutes).
  • Warm pulled pork in a pan and mix with a little barbecue sauce to keep it moist.
  • Transfer baked tots to an oven-safe dish. Layer with pulled pork evenly.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella generously over the top.
  • Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Drizzle with barbecue sauce, sour cream, and sprinkle green onions and jalapeños.
  • Serve hot and enjoy while crispy.
