Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1 ounce watermelon schnapps
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • A few drops of hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco or Tajín liquid)
  • Chili powder and salt (for rimming the glass)
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Rim:
    On a small plate, mix equal parts chili powder and salt. Moisten the rim of your shot glass with a lime wedge, then dip it into the chili-salt mixture.
  • Mix the Drink:
    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, watermelon schnapps, lime juice, and hot sauce.
  • Shake:
    Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to combine and chill.
  • Strain and Serve:
    Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glass.
