Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 lb processed cheese (Velveeta or cheddar blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, and salsa. Cook 5 minutes.
  • Cut cheese into cubes and add to the skillet.
  • Stir continuously until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
  • Mix in sour cream for extra creaminess.
  • Transfer to a serving dish or slow cooker to keep warm.
  • Garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
