Instructions
 

  • Grill the corn until slightly charred and tender.
  • Brush each cob with mayonnaise and crema mixture.

  • Fresh sweet corn gives the best flavor and texture.
  • Substitute sour cream if Mexican crema is not available.
  • Parmesan cheese can be used if Cotija is hard to find.
