Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • Mexican crema or sour cream
  • Cotija cheese (crumbled)
  • Chili powder or Tajin seasoning
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Garlic (minced, optional)
  • Cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella for a baked version)

Instructions
 

  • Cook or grill the corn until lightly charred.
  • Mix mayonnaise, crema, lime juice, and chili powder in a large bowl.
  • Fold in the corn, Cotija cheese, and optional garlic.
