- 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the meat. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the beef or sausage. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
