Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Filling

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 large egg yolks

For Garnish

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Lime slices
  • Extra lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
  • Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin.Bake for 5 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks.
  • Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the lime mixture evenly into each crust.Fill each cup nearly to the top.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until the filling is set.Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.This allows the filling to fully set.
  • Top with whipped cream.Sprinkle with lime zest.Garnish with small lime slices before serving.
