Ingredients
  

  • 400 g thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8–10 slider rolls or mini hoagie buns
  • 6–8 slices provolone cheese (or American cheese)

Optional toppings:

  • Mushrooms, sautéed
  • Pickled jalapeños

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft and lightly caramelized. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add beef and cook for 3–5 minutes until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Return the vegetables to the skillet and mix well with the beef.
  • Reduce heat to low, place cheese slices over the mixture, and cover until cheese melts.
  • Split slider rolls and fill each with the cheesy beef mixture.
  • Serve warm.

  • Slice beef very thin for tenderness.
  • Provolone offers a mild, creamy melt.
  • Serve immediately for best taste.
