- 500 gram boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken with mint, cilantro, yogurt, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is tender and fully cooked. Stir occasionally.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
