- 250 gram ground beef
- 200 gram noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced1-inch ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth.
Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Toss in the cooked noodles and stir to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with green onions, red pepper flakes (if using), and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy!
