Ingredients
  

  • 250 gram ground beef
  • 200 gram noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced1-inch ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth.
  • Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
  • Toss in the cooked noodles and stir to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with green onions, red pepper flakes (if using), and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more red pepper flakes or Sriracha.
  • You can substitute ground beef with chicken, pork, or tofu.
  • For extra veggies, add bell peppers, carrots, or mushrooms.
