- 20 fresh button mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
