Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • ½ cup olive salad (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz sliced salami
  • 4 oz sliced ham
  • 4 oz sliced mortadella or pepperoni
  • 4 oz provolone cheese slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread a thin layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
    Add a thin layer of olive salad, spreading evenly.
  • Layer salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, and mozzarella.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
