- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- ½ cup olive salad (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz sliced salami
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 4 oz sliced mortadella or pepperoni
- 4 oz provolone cheese slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning.
Spread a thin layer of the mixture over each tortilla.Add a thin layer of olive salad, spreading evenly. Layer salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, and mozzarella.
Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
