- 1 ¾ cup cold milk
- ½ cup butterscotch chips (melted)
- 1 cup whipped topping (plus extra for garnish)
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Butterscotch sauce for drizzling (optional)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant butterscotch pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
Melt the butterscotch chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Fold the melted butterscotch into the pudding mixture until well combined.
Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping to create a light and creamy texture.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
