Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the filling :

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for tangy flavor)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and lemon juice (if using), mixing until incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Once set, slice and serve with fresh berries, whipped cream, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
  • For a firmer crust, chill it for 30 minutes before adding the filling.
