- 200 grms self-raising flour
- 200 grms unsalted butter (softened)
- 200 grms caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 50 ml fresh orange juice

- 100 grms icing sugar
- 50 ml fresh orange juice
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf tin.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
Add the orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
Gradually fold in the self-raising flour until well combined.
