- 4 lobster tails, split lengthwise
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Zest of 1 fresh orange
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, orange zest, orange juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush lobster meat generously with the orange butter mixture.
Place lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill for 4–5 minutes.
Flip and grill shell-side down for another 3–5 minutes, basting with more orange butter.
Remove when meat is opaque and tender.
