- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded chicken until smooth.
Add diced tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
