- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional mix-ins: fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Add milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix well.
Stir in optional fruits or nuts if desired.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
