Ingredients
  

  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional mix-ins: fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Stir in optional fruits or nuts if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
