- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
For the Filling:
- ½ cup softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
For the Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it activate.
Mix flour, salt, melted butter, and eggs. Add the yeast mixture.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Roll the dough into a rectangle.
